Browse our breed collections, select your design and size, then click "Add to Cart". Head to checkout and complete your payment via UPI, card, or wallet. You'll receive an order confirmation on email immediately.
Since every shirt is printed on demand the moment you order, we have a very short window. Email us at hello@shiftandsupply.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, the order will already be in production and cannot be changed.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are in INR (₹).
Yes — you'll get an automatic confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Every order is printed fresh and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch anywhere in India. Remote locations (Ladakh, Andaman, Northeast) may take up to 7–10 business days.
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹699. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹699.
We currently ship within India only. We deliver to all states and union territories across India.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package directly on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, email us at hello@shiftandsupply.com.
We currently have collections for Labrador, Golden Retriever, Bulldog, Dachshund, and German Shepherd. More breeds are being added — follow us on Instagram @shiftandsupply for new drop announcements.
Our tees are made from premium cotton — soft, breathable and durable. Suitable for Indian weather. The fabric weight is comfortable for everyday wear across most of the year.
Our prints are made to last. The ink bonds directly into the fabric so it won't crack or peel. For best results, wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle and avoid wringing or bleaching.
Each product page includes a size guide with chest and length measurements in inches. Our tees are unisex. If you're between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up. If you like a fitted look, go true to size.
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Since every shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Email us at hello@shiftandsupply.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster. Bank card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
