Browse our collections, select your design and size, then click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, head to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.
Since every shirt is printed on demand the moment you order, we have a very short window to make changes. Email us at hello@shiftandsupply.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help. After that, the order will already be in production.
Yes — you'll get an automatic confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Every order is printed fresh and ships within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the USA. International orders may take longer depending on your location.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@shiftandsupply.com.
Our tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton — soft, breathable and durable. The fabric weight is premium, so they feel substantial without being heavy. Perfect for everyday wear.
No — we use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, not heat-press transfers. DTG ink bonds directly into the fabric fibres, so it won't crack or peel. For best results, wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and avoid tumble drying on high heat.
Each product page includes a size guide with chest, length and sleeve measurements. Our tees are unisex and run true to size. If you're between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up. If you like a fitted look, go true to size.
Because we're print-on-demand, we only produce what's ordered — no excess stock, no waste sitting in a warehouse. DTG printing also uses water-based inks that are far less harmful than traditional screen printing. It's not perfect, but it's the more responsible way to make apparel.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Since every shirt is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hello@shiftandsupply.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 days to appear in your account.
Shift & Supply is an online brand. Our products are printed and fulfilled in the USA through our print-on-demand partner.
