Thank you for shopping with Shift and Supply! All orders placed on our website are printed and fulfilled in partnership with Qikink. Please review the details below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Processing and Fulfilment

Because your apparel features our curated designs that are printed on demand, production and quality checks are handled by Qikink upon receiving your order.

Processing & Printing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Processing times do not include standard Indian public holidays or Sundays.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Once Qikink fulfils and packs your order, it is handed over to their trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DHL, and others.

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location within India.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free standard delivery on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Free standard delivery on all COD orders. No additional COD handling or convenience charges apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once Qikink ships your order, you will receive an automated email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You will be able to track your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Failed Delivery & Address Changes

Address Changes: You can request a shipping address or contact number change within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by Qikink and shipped, changes cannot be made.

Unclaimed / Returned COD Packages: If a customer refuses to accept a COD delivery, the package is returned to the facility. While you do not have to pay the order amount, repeated refusals may result in the suspension of future COD privileges on shiftandsupply.com.

6. Support and Inquiries

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at hello@shiftandsupply.com with your order number and photos of the package or product.
