SHIPPING POLICY
How Our Fulfillment Works
Every Shift & Supply product is made to order. When you place an order, it is sent directly to our print-on-demand production partner, printed, quality checked, and shipped — all within a few business days. This means there is no pre-made stock sitting in a warehouse, and every item is freshly produced just for you.
Production Time
All orders require a production period before they are shipped:

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window = production time + shipping time.

All delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- Flat rate shipping on US orders under $50 — calculated at checkout
- International shipping rates — calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@shiftandsupply.com
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Shift & Supply has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our Print-on-Demand Policy
Because every item is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Colour appearing slightly different on screen vs. in person (minor screen variation is normal)
We strongly encourage you to check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
When We Do Accept Returns
We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following situations:

How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email us at hello@shiftandsupply.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Use the subject line: "Order Issue — [Your Order Number]"
- Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (damaged item, wrong item, print defect)
- A brief description of the problem
- We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps
Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return or replacement is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account
- Replacements are sent into production immediately upon approval and follow standard production + shipping timelines
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After 12 hours your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation email us immediately at hello@shiftandsupply.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Items damaged due to improper washing or care (please follow care label instructions)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items ordered in the wrong size where no manufacturing defect exists
- Digital products or downloadable items
